If Creeks isn’t right for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing treeandseamusic@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.

A brief explanation helps improve the plugin, but is not a condition of this 14-day policy. Approved refunds are returned through the original checkout provider to the original payment method. Your provider determines when the money appears.

After a refund, stop using and remove your purchased copy of Creeks. You may keep and release music you already made with it.

This voluntary policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights or remedies for defective or misdescribed software, including rights that may extend beyond 14 days. Check the supported Mac and DAW requirements before purchasing.
