Inside the plugin

The current Creeks plugin processes audio on your Mac. It does not upload your microphone audio, use a cloud voice model, or include product analytics or online activation. Your DAW and operating system have their own settings and policies.

On this website

This website has no added advertising pixels, visitor-analytics scripts, mailing-list form, or user account system. Hosting providers process technical request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the site. Platform access controls may use cookies or authentication where enabled.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your address and the information you choose to share. We use this to answer your request, provide support, and maintain necessary business records. Do not send recordings unless you want us to review them and have the rights to share them. We do not add support contacts to a marketing list automatically.

Purchases

If you follow a purchase link, the storefront and payment provider handle checkout under their own terms and privacy notices. We use order information to deliver and support your purchase, handle refunds, and keep legally required records. We do not receive your full payment-card number through this website.

Requests and retention

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us. We retain information as needed for the purpose you supplied it, support, dispute resolution, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Some records must be retained even after a deletion request. Relevant service providers may process information outside your state or country.
