Holo Tree Studios is the product brand. The seller is Tree & the Sea Studios LLC. These terms apply to a purchased copy of Creeks, subject to applicable consumer law and the third-party licenses included with the software.

One person. Your computers.

Your purchase licenses one person to install and use Creeks on the computers they personally use. A studio with multiple users needs a license for each user. There is no subscription or recurring license payment for the purchased version.

Make and release music

You may use Creeks in personal and commercial music, live performances, and client projects. Holo Tree Studios does not claim ownership of your audio and does not charge royalties on music you make with Creeks. You remain responsible for rights in the audio you process.

Keep the plugin yours to use

The plugin is licensed, not sold outright. Do not share or resell your copy, sublicense it, or distribute it as part of another product without written permission. These restrictions do not override rights granted by third-party open-source licenses or non-waivable law.

What is included

The purchase covers the supplied version, its included formats, presets, and documentation. Future major versions, new operating systems, additional DAWs, and new platforms are not promised as part of this purchase. Refer to the product page for current compatibility and latency information.
